This isn’t a cookie cutter consult. It’s a 90 minute, high impact strategy session where your top financial questions guide the call. You’ll walk away with a custom plan built around your life, your goals, and your numbers.

You bring your most pressing questions. I bring CPA-level insight, real-world strategy, and a velvet-couch vibe.

step one: Gather and Analyze

Once you book, you’ll get a detailed intake form to share your financials, priorities, and any past tax returns. This gives me the full picture, so I can show up with context and strategy already in motion.
Behind the scenes, my team and I review everything to spot opportunities, forecast the future, & prep a personalized workbook with insights.
So when we meet, we can go deep. Fast.
step two: Meet & Strategize

This is a 90-minute working session, driven by the questions that matter most to you.
We typically cover 2–3 topics, such as: how to pay yourself consistently, how to allocate upcoming revenue, what expenses to prep for, or how to stay tax-ready.
You set the priorities. I make sure you leave with data backed insights.
Plus: You’ll get a full session recording and written summary for future reference.
step three: Act & Anchor

You’ll leave with a custom plan, but you won’t have to implement it alone. You’ll have one month of access to me via Voxer to ask follow-up questions or get clarity as you implement.
One month after our call, we’ll hop on a 30-minute check-in call to make sure you’re feeling confident and supported.

Prior to our meeting we will request TONS of information & analyze it. During the session we will have a 90 minute call where we will go over all the details and plan out your next 6-12 months of business. We generally have time to cover 2-3 specific topics determined by you!
Once the meeting is over you will receive a recorded copy of the call, and follow up reports with actionable items to help improve your business
Once the meting is over - we don’t leave you hanging! You will receive 1 month of Voxer access to pop in with any questions or concerns.
1 Month Later, we will have a check in call to see how things are going, make sure you don’t have any other questions and tie up any loose ends!
